1. 24hr Weigh-ins available. For interstate pullers you can reach out to your state rep for weigh in no later than 12pm Friday. For NSW and ACT can weigh in at 32 Tallwood drive north rocks before 12pm Friday or by special arrangement with Oz (0411369966)

2. For latest updates and questions goto the AAF community WhatsApp group https://chat.whatsapp.com/BEw7N7BpOSd4Duq3Cf3x52

3. Comp will start at 12pm and you can also weigh in on location until comp start.

4. We will run 2 tables and start with Mens 70kg and 80kg classes. We expect to be done by 6pm with after pulling until late.

5.If you haven't registered, do it NOW !

6. If we have any volunteers to help score let us know.

We sadly acknowledge the passing of Andy B. Although Andy proudly represented House of Pain in Melbourne, he was much more than a competitor to us, he was a brother to so many within the Sydney Spartans family. The friendships built around the table went far beyond our clubs and his presence left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Andy's family, friends, and everyone at House of Pain during this incredibly difficult time. Rest easy, brother. You will be deeply missed, never forgotten, and your legacy will live on through your AW family.
